Minimum Knowledge, Abilities, Experience Needed

Education/Licensure: High school graduate or GED

Experience: Certification as Phlebotomy Tech chosen if applicant does not have previous phlebotomy work experience.

Extra Skills/Abilities: Need to have exceptional communication skills with the capability to work in a quick paced environment, needing focusing on and altering tasks often and rapidly.
