@2tweetaboutit @MattHancock Quite simple, a GP surgery is a private business owned by the GP partners contracted to deliver services by the Govt. Covid is an excuse to cut services without a reduction in income so they have taken the opportunity to do so. Just ask a hospital phlebotomy dept. why it’s busy.
