    • CERTIFICATIONS:

    • 6 months of experience with specimen collection, packaging and shipment

    to referral labs with knowledge of preserving proper records 2 (2) letters of reference

    • Official training certificate as a Phlebotomy Professional
    • Need to possess a high school certificate of graduation or GED
    • BLS – Basic Life Support
    • United States Person
    • NACI background check
