@drlynnmccallum @MarkGaze @Abi_Rimmer I think that having bloods/ECGs/BP close to home is always in patients best interests, if that means secondary care providing some funding for primary care phlebotomy/nurses that is something for us to address. We need to see the system from patients’ perspective
