How to Get ready for a Phlebotomy or Venesection

Today I am sharing an update on how a prepare for a phlebotomy, also called a venesection. When I was first detected with Hemochromotosis (Haemochromatosis), I was frightened to death of needles. Over 3 years I have developed a system that works for me and has actually enabled me to conquer my worry. Thank goodness for numbing cream like Lidocaine!
