the EHV tossing knife is included in the “DR. KARLOV LIVES” package and the phlebotomist is included in the “SAW” bundle.

EHV THROWING KNIFE: 11/10(ITS AMAZING!).
PHLEBOTOMIST: 5/10

the phlebotomist isn’t excellent in my viewpoint but it does feature an incredible operator skin and 2 really cool weapons with tracers and dismemberment, so the pack is still 100% worth the purchase.
