Carrying out Phlebotomy with a Butterfly!

featured image

Here I reveal my newest draw. If you can’t tell from the video, I am putting down. If I do not, I pass out, which is pretty funny, because I can draw other peoples with definitely no problem! I had numerous laboratory tests ordered from my physician, and that’s why multiple tubes were collected. The scratches are from the other day when Zelda, my puppy, chose she didnt like getting the knots in her fur cut out! The needle utilized is a 25 Gauge “Butterfly” AKA (Vacuette Security Collection Set Luer Adapter) by Greiner bio-one. and the vacutainer is by the same business and called the Vacuette Holdex.
A lot of phlebotomists get rid of a tip of their glove to feel for the vein, but then put on a new glove with fingers undamaged when all set to carry out the venipuncture.
