Obligations

  • Take the time to personally connect with donors– listen to their stories and assist them understand the value of their donation
  • Contribute to a friendly and enjoyable environment. Team up with your co-workers to keep our donors coming back once again and again
  • Be detailed oriented all day, every day, to ensure that the blood you gather satisfies goals, regulative requirements and can be safely transfused
  • To finest fulfill the requirements of our donors and neighborhood, Phlebotomist/Drivers work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or comparable required
  • Customer service experience and reliable spoken interaction skills are needed
  • Ability to work a variable schedule consisting of early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
